I've been a member of RT for years. RT has been my best source of learning Joomla! from the ground up, inside and out. I belong to several clubs but RT is usually my first pick for a quick site update or a fresh install. Their "state of the art" framework is dependable and easy to use. Their auto updater saves me hours of work and worry. Rapid advancement in technology requires rapid updates and RT delivers. User friendly documentation, a bonus extension membership and friendly support service are always available. Over the years I found RT has the best quality and most innovative templates available whether for personal or professional use. RT is #1 on my list of Top Picks.

In response to some folks' concerns over the lack of content-centric templates, I've spend an entire day off looking at the alternatives (warp, yjsg, vertex, etc.) After poking around in their frameworks and reading their support forums, all I can say is: whether or not you're in love with the recent RT releases, the alternatives to Gantry are NOT better, the form behind their templates is no better (and in most cases more confusing than RT) and the RT support isn't going to be beat ANYWHERE!
Just read through any of the support forums here, you find thorough, concise and spot-on advice, and in a timely manner no less!
If you're thinking of leaving RT, my advice: don't!
My one line: The best product, and support like no other template provider out there! Well done RT
