Problem With Magento Extensions

- I have been trying to change my footer copyright text by going to system>configuration>footer and updated it however it didn't change. So I am guessing it has something to do with the template? I'm using the Ximenia template. Also when I go down that column and I see RT ROKMAGE MODULES and click on one of them I get a 404 Error Page not found. Error I even tried reinstalling one and still cannot access the extensions? Any help would be great thanks.

The footer copyright text is the default one, we don't touch it. So it's probably that you haven't refreshed your Magento cache.
Whenever you install new extensions, you will get a 404 on the config page until you have logged out and back in again. That's a standard Magento thing.
