Hi,
I have used image as footer background in graffito joomla theme but it show 2 separate lines at the footer. you can check the link below for more understanding.

There are template forums - but as you membership appears to have expired you will not be able to see them until such time as you renew your subscription. Once renewed, log off and then log back in again and you will see the forums.
