I installed K2, but lose styling in the backend on Control Panel, and cant access K2 at all in the backend.
K2 seems to think is may be a Rockettheme issue.
From K2:
"Make sure that the RC template supports K2 2.6.8, since some custom frameworks and templates support only certain versions of K2. "
As I still had your admin details I was able to check... it would appear that all of K2 has been disabled? - this is nothing to do with RT or template.

Well I need to see your site in it's "not functioning" state. Please reinstate and tell me how to replicate the issues.

You're now getting a server500 error when I log into admin area of your site - tell me the error message associated with this when looking in your apache error log.

That doesn't look like an error message from the apache error log - ask your host for assistance if you can't find the error message.

I called the host...Bluehost. I am on a shared server. According to Bluehost, there is no way to access the 500 error, unless I have some sort of Unix Terminal experience, I don't.
While on hold with Bluehost, I logged into my Joomla account and tahdah, it seems to be working ok now.
I must be your amazing troubleshooting electromagnetism that set all things straight. Any comments??? lol
hmmm, I wish I could take the credit - but I did nothing.
If that is really how helpful your hosting company is going to be I would consider using a different hosting company if I were you.
So I added a category to K2, Item also, and it worked fine?
Regards, Mark.
