  • RocketLauncher Covus "The connection was reset"

    • Installed RocketLauncher Covus
      I can access the back end /administrator
      but when I try to access my site I get a blank screen
      Chrome: No data received
      Firefox: The connection was reset
      The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

      Please help.

    • Hi there,

      Connection reset is usually a poor internet connection or a firewall.

      Can you go to admin and in global configuration set error reporting to maximum and debug to ON. This should display any error messages.

      Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

      Can you please post a link to the problem and we will do our best to assist you.

    • When I upped max_execution_time and max_input_time in php.ini pages then began loading.
