Will try to write very briefly - on the problem which is raised for me)
You as developers know - changeable fashion.
Literally the day before yesterday, nobody thought about how the website will look at the tablet, yesterday all thought that the flat design - for centuries, even in the morning blurred image on the first page was the peak of fashion.
But everything passes away.
And again, before the web master to decide if I'm not getting AWARDS - how do I make the website more understandable for his visitor? how can I relieve him navigation?

I have just finished writing a book.

The main menu is on the Left - submenu to the right - and the text to the right.
The menu is fixed and the part where the text is easy to scroll down if the text is too large.
This is currently the best, the most familiar interface for any polzovatela computer in the world)
