Safari is (thankfully) standards compliant. Why would you need to hack it?

My apology for making everyone confuse. What I mean is conditional statement for safari.
For example
<!--[if IE 6]>
<![endif]-->
Any css that that I apply inside this if statement will used when the user browser is IE6.
My question whatever I can use this statement for safari browser as well ?
or there is different way to do it ?
