One thing... I sent them the link to this thread, but the forum is a closed forum... how can i get the hosting provider to see your animated.gif or this thread file?
I've copied the info from that post to here, they should be able to access it.

This is YOUR!!!!! site cloned by Akeeba and installed on my HostGator account. As you can see in the video the images upload fine and then are installed and visible in the browser screen.
