downloading templates

- Hey guys...I've downloaded the entire versatility package and tried to upload and install into my templates administrator, However I'm getting a media directory error. How can I resolve this particular problem?

- I've got the Versatility logo into Fireworks and would like to insert my own logo utiilizing Firework CS3 but it won't seem to edit the text...Whats goin on here? Another ? When the logo is then edited and changed. What's the step-by-step process on replacing the existing logo on my website. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.
