We are facing an issue with the contact form. The contact form is defined a on the Acacia theme settings we have an email address set for the field "Contact Email" under the "Page Templates" tab (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
Happens that when someone fill the form the email is sent to the same email as described above.
This email is also used to send the message, however the name filled on the form appears as the sender.
Then when the administrator tries to reply the message it goes to the same email set on the template backend (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) instead of the email entered by the user when filling the form.
Questions:
1 - Is there a way to change this behaviour making possible for the administrator to reply the message to the user who filled the form?
2 - Is there a setting for it somewhere in the template settings or on Wordpress?
Hi Igor!
Your answer was a bit disapointing to us. We been using Rocketheme templates exclusive for about four years. We have websites in Joomla, Wordpress and Magento all builded with Rocketheme. We keep the subscription active when we are developing a new website for a given platform. And will gladly purchase another subscription when we get another Wordpress Customer. The expired Wordpress subscription was bought exclusive for one customer.
We do unsderstand that the subscription would provide us with a club forum. That is why this thread was posted on the General Discussion category. If we were to buy a yearly subscription for each one of the clubs that was going to be more than a thousand dollars. We don't get any discont for being a member of other rockettheme clubs.
I do understand that the General Discussion doesn't get hight priority answers. But, I would expect that once you got to spend your time answering the thread, at least you could point us the the right direction instead of saying "We will gladly help when you extend your membership". That makes me question if the our loyalty to Rocketheme worths something.
