How the heck do I get the 30% discount?

- I've been looking for the 30% discount on my renewal and it's no where to be found... I get my loyality discount, and the 30% message is all over the top of my screen but there are no codes mentioned or any easy way to get my discount....
  
  A BIG red button would be nice....

- I'm 99% sure it's automagically calculated... no code to enter
- SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT

- Well I took it all the way to Paypal checkout and it never showed up.. The loyality discount was showen and deducted but it was still trying to charge me 299.00 on Paypal...

- hrm... I wonder if that's a issue with PayPal... does it show the right amount if you attempt to use a CC card directly on the site?

- Nope... Credit card also.. I went ahead and use the credit card so I can cancel the payment if I don't recieve the 30% off...
  
  At leaset I can prove I paid before the sale ended

- I am experiencing the same issue. The 30% doesn't appear to apply. The loyalty discount did, but not the other.
  
  I'm trying to get the Joomla! and phpBB club memberships.
  
  I went all the way to the purchase and it still said the full price minus the loyalty discount.
  
  Has anyone checked into this?

- Same here. Wish I hadn't left it this late but so much going on. I'd really like to renew at this rate; my e-mail still shows the clock counting down with 2 hours to go.

- I did what Steve did and went ahead with the PayPal payment. This shows that I was within the deadline. I'm guessing they can then adjust the amount via PayPal, etc.
