    • i just found out that when publishing an article on the front page and clicking on the read more icon , it doesnt take me to the orignial location of the news/ article but it opens the entire article in the front page which is something i just noticed .. i dont remember happening that before ..

      my concern is ( what if i have a very long article with alot of comments !!! showing the entire article and the comments on the front page will destroy the look of the site ..so my question is
      is that normal ? ???

    • You can change this in J 1.0.13 by going to Global Configuration and clicking on the Content tab. At the bottom there is a dropdown to revert back to j 1.0.11 handling of the item ids

    • thats correct mike but im using joomla 1.0.12 which doesnt have this feature and i cant update to 1.0.13 because of the bridges im using .. i tried looking for a solution but with no luck . all the solution including hacks didnt work so
      my question is do u have any idea how can i have this feature in 1.0.12 without updating ?
