SOLVED “RocketTheme Update Directory” doubling in “Update Sites” admin?

Was going trough my Joomla 3.4.3 admin and find some double entries in “Update Sites”
Exemples:
RocketTheme Update Directory RokNavMenu (2 times and enabled)
RocketTheme Update Directory RokSprocket Module (2 times and enabled)
and other ???
Just want to know how come and how to fix properly ?

After purging all caches — Thoses “Double” Diseappears....
