I have a error on my site -->

can not solve this on my own... Tryed everything.
Now I thought, I will take premium support

And even the premium support request is trowing a 404 error!

I'm still working on that issue for you and haven't found the cause yet. I've Googled this thing for a week now and no appropriate hits for your issue.
As for the link - it works fine for me Premier Support

it's trowing a error.
Tryed it again after you're post but still no luck. The incident is not assigned ?
