You would have to look on JED or perhaps write a little javascript to do that.

That's randomizing images for a background? you said color? also it's via a button not an event?
But you could implement javascript using a custom css/js particle and html using a customhtml particle.
This is considered as a customization request which falls way beyond the scope of this free support forum. You can always try to post your request in our The Marketplace forum and get (paid) support from someone that is willing to do this.

I would save images of the logo in several different colors and put an "Ad Rotator" in the module. Let it pick something from the folder full of logos. A random color on each load.
