Hi there,
Many of the thousands of posts we receive each month are addressed within 24 hours, although sometimes answers take longer to produce the required results for a number of reasons. Most common problem is people not giving links to the site so we can see what is happening.
As the moderators are spread across different time zones we do try to provide prompt and effective support. We recognise that there are occassions when posts get overlooked so we use a list of unanswered posts to try and capture as many as possible. By 'bumping' your own post with a second reply you took yourself out of our list
If you need to provide further information then please edit your original post to prevent taking it out of the queue.
