    • I am not sure of the technical term for this, but do any of the rocket theme joomla templates allow for (or is there some code or something) that can allow for a menu bar, search box, etc to stay at the top of the page despite scrolling? Example site www.bluefoot.com/

    • Another dumb question. Where do I change this setting? And in doing so, does it affect mobile support?

The setting you need is found in the Template Manager -> template -> Styles -> Header type

No it doesn't affect mobiles as Gantry calls an entirely different menu display system especially designed for Mobile screens.
