Hmmm. I'll throw a hat in the ring for this month:

Obviously based on Digital Ether, but with only minor changes. This was an emergency contract done over the course of a week and a half after the client terminated the former designer (who had been working on the site for months), and needed a rush job done to save the account. We totally rebuilt the site using Joomla!, Digital Ether and the existing marketing copy while adding a complete employee intranet. The end user is very impressed and the client is raving about the service.
Only a quality template like this could have made this job successful. It features the Flash Rotator module on the frontpage.

I love what was done to/with this template. I am in awe of this one. Imaginative and clearly a lot of work. It's hard creating a websit that needs to cover a lot of information. This one works well while still managing not to seem overcrowded.
I know we can only pick one but I am impressed with racv.hostcentric.com/ & www.hardwarexl.com/ ; But for the sheer amount of information that Ilir Kuqi has to cover in his site, www.futbolli.com gets the nomination from me.

Well, here is one I did. The only reason I am submitting it is this RocketTheme has worked so well for this web page. I have done very little to this except provide the content. The Forum on this web page is using Bloc's Halloween theme for SMF.
