    • I have been upgrading all of my J2.5 sites with no issues until now. I just updated a website and the front end is not displaying. Here's the error: 500 - JHtmlBehavior::mootools not found.

I looked around the forum and found two references:

      - RokTweet module causing a conflict. -- I'm not using RokTweet. Also, I disabled all of the modules on the site in case one of them was causing a conflict and it doesn't appear to be that.

      - Directory Permissions. -- I checked and they are all as they are supposed to be. Everything is writteable, configuration.php is unwritteable.

I always follow the same upgrade process: I update all of the extensions first. After, I check to make sure the site is still up. Then I update Joomla.

This site uses the Crystalline template

I created a super-user for the site and posted it in the Secure tab for ease of access.

      Thanks!

      Jose

    • UPDATE: I did a little more research and found the issue addressed/resolved in a template update. I installed the template and everything is working ok now.

Hope this helps someone else in the future. I'm marking the thread as solved.

    • You have two old extensions installed that need to be updated to latest version to be compatible with J3.x - you can download these from the extensions page under the "legacy" tab.

update those first and then I can look again.

      Regards, Mark.
