Don't know if this is the right plce. But i'm under quite a time pressure, so I hope someone can help me.
I have just made a payment for a template I have bought and I made a new account for my self. But the confirmation mail never got through to me. So now I can't activate my account or login to my new account and get my template.
Can you send me a new confirmation mail or how does it works?
And do you transfer the payment if the new account is not activated?
Hope you can help, I really don't know what to do.
