I would love to take advantage of the renewal offer and extend my subscription. But as I am already a member I do not have the option until my subscription has expired by which time the offer would have finished.

Hi,
renewals are only possible if the expiration date of your current membership is less than 360 days away.

Your membership expires in March 2017, that's why you currently don't get the renewal option.
