- We have a client that wants us to set up a site from which they can sell licensed photography - framed and un-framed physical photo prints. Can you suggest the best RT template and shopping cart for that application?

It really does depend what sort of style you are looking for and whether you want to use Gantry 4 or Gantry 5. I can only suggest that you look through our demos.
As regards the choice of e-commerce application, again it depends what functionality you are looking for and what your specific requirements are.
