  • SOLVED Facebook post for Requiem template calls text "by info@quachie.com"

    • When creating a Facebook post for a website with a Requiem template there is a tag line that shows up saying "By This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.". I have looked everywhere and cannot find where that is coming from. Any suggestions?

    • No idea without a link. Could you please post a URL to your site (this can be done in the secure area tab if you prefer) so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

      Where are you seeing this on facebook - link please?

      Have you asked facebook to rescrape your site following the completion of the development of your site? https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ (takes 24 hrs).

    • Hi Mark,
      I didn't post the link to facebook because in the preview it is displaying that text and I didn't want it to show. I will try the scrubbing you suggested. That could be the solution to the problem.
