I make some clean operation in my RockGallery the i tried to load some photos and i get an empty square instead of thumbs and if i try to delete it i get :Unable to find directory for file "Trofeo Scherma Minions CUS Pavia 0017" to remove.
I found a link in the forum "Dealing with corrupted RokGallery files" but the link it gave me 403 error!!!
please help me

403 forbidden will be because you subscription to not permit access to that link.

Sorry but as i understand there is a solution for a bug that i found (in the template that i paid) but i cannot access to that if i don't pay again is that correct?
I thought you said you had a database corruption? That is not a bug.
You only have access to support and template updates for the duration of your subscription
