You didn't say Wordpress or Joomla ? Gantry 4 or Gantry 5?
But you could do that in most of the template. In fact looking at the content it's so simple you could even do that in "hydrogen" template. If G4, I'd suggest Myriad. If G5 I'd suggest Galate - but you will have customisation to do with either.

Ok, so I would try joomla galatea which is G5. On SEO there's no real practical difference between wordpress or Joomla - you just have to use the right tools and configuration.

I went tot an SEO Trainig class last week and everyone there was using Wordpress mainly because the SEO.
They mentioned Yeost SEO and All In One SEO Pack.
Do you recommend any good tools like that in Joomla?
About the template, how would you create the module on the right (like the one in theis site?)?

Three of the most popular SEO tools for Joomla are: EFSEO, JoomSEF and SH404SEF.
You can create that module on the right with anything you want, any module, page content particle, customHTML, whever you need you'll just probably also need to write some custom CSS to position it and style it.
