SOLVED Rocket Laucher not working with Mamp. Blank Installation screen

Hi
Dowloaded zip file including Rocketlaucher from rockettheme website (theme: myriad)
Unzipped the file in mamp/htdocs/joomla3/*
Loaded the page: http://localhost:8888/Joomla3/installation/index.php
No error, only blank page.
Tried redownloading the file.
Rebooting
Reinstalling Mamp
In works fine if I run the Joomla installation, and then uploade/install the Gantry and Myriad theme, but then i dont have the sample data.
Please help

did you check the error log in mamp?
I just tried th RL a few days ago on Mamp and it was fine.
Do you have set a proper memory limit and PHP version? -

Don't use PHP 7 on a Rocketlauncher (yet).
The Joomla version of the RL is not ready for PHP 7.
Use 5.6.x -
