I see somebody has replied in the Secure tab. They should have at least had something in the Public tab however the message header states:
This message contains only secure information that is visible to Jamie, moderators and administrators
so you should be able to see that.

Try posting again. I see the rule for that forum is "The Marketplace is a place for ALL RocketTheme members to post their requests for services from other members, however only Developer level members can reply to enquiries made here." so maybe OpenSources Secure reply may not be visible to you if you don't have a Developer membership.
