RT template that allows a full width top banner?

I'm looking for a RT Joomla 3 template that will allow me to add a full width banner site banner across the top of the site (one which will repsonsively collapse to a smaller image when viewed on mobile), and then have the navigation horizontally under that.
Most RT template sthese days don't really seem to work this way, preferring just a small image in the top left.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

I'm not really sure what you mean? Any template can have a fullwidth top banner? You mean you don't want a mobile menu to show at all?
Gantry 4 or Gantry 5?
Please do a screenshot of your problem and annotate to make it clear.
