We have received multiple attacks to this file: templates/rt_oculus/index.php. Attackers inject JS script and the browser throws a security advice and stop loading the site.
We're reading the Joomla and apache logs, but they're not clear about this. We just know the IP from the attacker and time.
Is there a way to stop this attackers and protect our University Site?
What security product are you using to protect your site? I recommend Akeeba Admin Tools Pro but there are others too such as RSFirewall.
You should also change your logins to non-guessable ones (e.g. don't use "admin" ) and make your passwords really long - I use 30 character passwords minimum and then also use a password remember application to remember the passwords (1password).
Regards, Mark.
