    SOLVED Theme RT_ALERION

Posted 8 years 9 months ago
    • Hello,

I purchased the RT_ALERION theme and was looking at my mobile side of the theme on a mobile browser and noticed that the items published for the floating-top and floating-bottom modules do not show up in the mobile browser. Anyway to get these to appear in the browser?

    • Please do not post extensions/template specific questions in the "General Discussion" forum. You should post in the extension forum or template forum as appropriate. Most of these forums are for members who have a current PAID membership. Our priority is always to assist paying members.

      Thank you for your understanding.

Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.

No, the floating modules are deliberately hidden in a mobile view because there is insufficient room for them to be displayed.

      Regards, Mark.

    • I apologize,

However I went through THIS forum and noticed quite a few people who made threads in regards to a theme they were having issues with and figured it was ok to do, that someone would in the public sector and not affiliated with Rocket Theme would eventually respond. I did not expect a response such as the one I got from you. I assumed that these people posting in this forum would also not be a paying member as they would post in the specific thread for their specific theme if they were.

I do appreciate the answer and as I was looking for a new company to purchase themes from, I may upgrade my membership. I will say at first I did not appreciate the repsonse I received, it could have been worded a little different, but I do appreciate the answer. As I am sure you can tell I have had two PAID memberships with this company. The only reason I do not have a CURRENT one is because I got out of the web business for a couple of years and no longer needed it. I am back and am in need. Again, thank you for your lashing and answer.

    • 99% of the posts in the forum will be responded to by RT - yes members can reply and help out but it's much more likely that an RT moderator will reply. I can only check the subscription for which you posted the topic - that shows as expired and that is the reason for my opening comments. We always give priority to members who have an active subscription.

So, no offence intended... and I did answer the question anyway (even thought your subscription has expired).

      Regards, Mark.

    • You did answer it and quite fast I might add. Which is why I will be buying another membership here. Look for me in the PAID subscriber section ;)

Thanks again for your help. I figured a way around my dilemma once you said it was hidden. Very much appreciated.

    • Ok. Make sure that you use the account with the subscription when posting questions, I would stop using this particular account (with expired subscription) otherwise you might get a similar response from other moderators... We do check that members have a current subscription on the account they posted the topic before answering. Also, you will find that the account with the subscription will show more forums so that you can post in the correct forum rather than "general discussion" which will enable you to get a faster answer to your questions too.

      Regards, Mark.
