Hi Partrick,
OK - the link eventually loaded for me.
We do not have a particle that has that effect. We have discussed creating a directory of particles but the problem we have at the moment is that many of them are created specifically for a template and may require a lot of editing to ensure they work in a different template.
Thoughts are that some particles will go the same way as RokSprocket, with variations available to give more flexibility.
I did create my own layout for RokSprocket and you can see it here - ivf.org.uk/health-professionals/meet-the-team - mouse over doctors to see the effect.
I think you will have to do the same for a particle. Perhaps start with a mosaic particle and adjust to match your needs.

Yes, thank You this is what I was thinking to do.
As for the particles directory I will add all the CSS to be download with each particles and only, if you have code that are more general to all Rocket Template you can indicate what template is compatible and separate that css in the download. Like that users can use them efficiently.
