Today, I have tried to contact you via twitter and contact form. I am still wainting for some answer from you guys, I don't think this is the correct channel to solve this issue, but you leave me no other option.
During the yesterday's events (Amazon AWS Outage) I purchased a template (Photon).
The problem is that I didn't used my usual account (this one) for that, because I couldn't login. So during the checkout I created a new one. But while the payment was success, I didn't received any verification email (for the new account activation), so now I can't login with the new account and I can't download my template.
Please, I need some answer or my money back.
