If your issue is now solved, please EDIT your FIRST POST in this thread by adding [SOLVED] at the start of the title and then select the TICK icon. This lets the moderators know that it can be moved to the solved section.

403 forbidden means that you (Joomla) don't have permission to access that file on the server. It can be caused by the files being "owned" by Apache rather than your hosting account (especially if you are using apache2handler rather than cgi/fastCGI) or a mod_security rule OR and htaccess rule denying access.

You can open the console-window in your browser yourself (sice you are an seo expert you know how to do that).
The issue is still there. The scripts still show a 403-error.

Looking at the console/inspector is not really coding. Maybe at some point in your life you might want to find out if an image has a proper title or alt tag ...
Yes your host has not fixed it at all. The same issue is still there.
