I want template on Gantry 5 with Night Mode (Theme with switching to night mode)!
any suggestions?

So provided you don't need that automatically switching then you can just change preset in the frontend. If you look at the RT Gantry 5 templates you will see a "styles" menu item where you just click on the other styles. You've don't have to make it look the same - it's just a link so can be anything you want to click on. If you needed that automated that I am sure you could write a little jquery to automatically click on that link based upon the browser time.
Finally there is a Joomla extension called "chameleon" which can do all sorts of template switching based upon lots of criterion. I've not tried it on Gantry 5 though.

As I said it's just a link to change preset to how you give the use the option is entirely up to you. Whether is be a button, a toggle, a picture, a menu item, it really doesn't matter.
