Any of our templates can be used for that purpose so check out the demos.
It also depends if you want Gantry 4 or Gantry 5 too.
For the "reservation" part you will need an extension so look on JED for one of those (they will work with out templates).
"FRESCO" is a Gantry 4 template that is foo oriented. But, I'd recommend going with a Gantry 5 template if you can (callisto onwards).
