Hi guys, I am trying to understand how is the problem with ROKCOMMON.
Rok GALLERY and SPROCKET doesn't run correctly without RokCOMMON ( as you see on screenshot) so i need to update it.
COPuld you help me to resolve this point?
I will appreciate.

I already asked this question myself recently. You need to update it yourself in this version. The next time it will update automatically. the Rocket people already know about this.

Could you explain me better the operations to do?
Actually my joomla system is in crash..
I can't go inside "admin panel" for this Rokcommon.

Ouch,
Just to make clear. I am not from Rocketheme, just an end user. My site didn't crash because of this. Can you roll your site back with a backup and then go to the admin panel and update Rockcommon? Also try the official joomla users group on facebook. I am able to reach the link I posted above. Not sure why you can't reach it. Maybe if you bought a template rather than a club you are not authorized to view the thread.

I'm not finding it.

Please note that by the other member answering your post it took you out of the MODS "unanswered posts" queue and you therefore had to wait longer for an RT response.
You can download rokcommon latest v3.2.6 from the "extensions" page of our site under the "rokgallery" or "roksprocket" tiles.
Once that is installed you will then be able to do the roksprocket and/or rokgallery update and from there on updates to rokcommon will show in joomla updater.
