RokTabs Module and RokNewsFlash Module update errors

I'm trying to update these two modules and receive the following error
Warning: require_once(/home/myrecenter/www/www/libraries/joomla/html/html/content.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/myrecenter/www/www/modules/mod_roknewsflash/helper.php on line 18
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/myrecenter/www/www/libraries/joomla/html/html/content.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php7/lib/php') in /home/myrecenter/www/www/modules/mod_roknewsflash/helper.php on line 18

Both roknewsflash and roktabs are legacy extensions that we no longer support. Your Joomla version is way out of date so you could try updating that first. Also make sure that the template you are using has been updated to latest version first too.
As always, backup first before updating anything.
