Hello,
rt_vermillon is installed on my website since 2015.
If I update it, does I lost all parametrage or it will be updated also ?
And gantry 4 or 5 in final?

Provided you used a custom CSS file for you styling changes and did not alter any of our original template files then you can safely update your template to the latest version. If you are using Gantry 4 at the moment then you can only update to the latest Gantry 4 version of the template and update Gantry 4 itself to latest version. If you wanted to use Gantry 5 vermilion that would entail developing your site.
As always, backup before doing any updates. Also ensure all RT extensions are updated too to latest versions.
