OverLib4.10 or Later is Required for the HideForm Plugin

I'm not sure why this started today, but here is what is happening.
I have 2 sites that I am getting "OverLib4.10 or Later is Required for the HideForm Plugin" popups.
Both sites use the stock "Banner" component and module. I have another site that doesn't use it and it is fine.
The site work error free in IE but not with FireFox.
Should I just switch to a different Banner service? And can anyone suggest one? Or what do I need to fix?
