Gantry 5 provides a custom error page for you to configure

Posted 2 years 1 month ago
    • Hello, I noticed today one of my Main Menu links is giving me an error

      See below:
      We are sorry!
Gantry 5 provides a custom error page for you to configure with either positions, particles or a combination of both, as well as styling.
0 count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given

Also, althought the overall theme background is white, for some reason when clicking the Menu link and hit "View Course" or "Book Now" I get the background is black

      here is the link: www.compass-llc.com/education/index.php/...&task=addtocart&id=2

Any sugestions where the issue might be?

      Thanks, Indrit

    • 1. because you have not updated Phoenix template to latest version compatible with the G5.5.11 that you installed and your PHP version. You are using Phoenix 1.0.4 and the latest is v1.5.0. So, backup and then update phoenix.

      Regards, Mark.

    • Thank you Mark, I have another site using the same template v 1.0.4 and I have not encontered such error. Additionally the site i shared the link herein has been online for over a month and I did not have an issue until recently (past several days)

What puzzles me is that when I get the error the background is black instead of white that I have selected as default.

      Thx, Indrit

    • 1. Maybe the two site have different PHP versions?
      2. The base color on that outline (which is the "error" outline) is set to black in the styles settings.

      Regards, Mark.

p.s. You subscription for Joomla support has expired - support does require a current subscription.
