Why not? What the issue? Download the RL put in empty directory, type url the points to that directory, follow instructions.

RL = rocketlauncher
It’s a single zip package that contains joomla, gantry, template and demo data all in one. You unzip it in an empty directory, you cannot install it in an existing installation.

You’re showing me an existing installation of joomla - so the directory in which you installed it is not blank, or empty. You can only I install a rocketlauncher in an empty directory and empty database.
