Joomla 4 and Afterburner2

I have a website that I am using Afterburner2. It looks like this template will not be supported for Joomla 4 as it uses Gantry 4. Obviously I am lazy and the templete works for me but I will want to convert the site to Joomla 4 eventually. Since I am a club member and have access to any of your templates, which template should I use that would make it the easiest for me to convert my website to a template compatable with Joomla 4. As mentioned above, I do not need any enhanced features.

Then just use the Gantry 5 "Helium" theme that is available from the Gantry site. You don't need an RT theme at all then.
