Hey everyone,
This is a post I never thought I'd have to write.
After nearly two decades, it's time to say goodbye to RocketTheme.
This decision hasn't come easy. The landscape of web development has evolved, and despite our efforts, we can no longer sustain the costs of keeping the servers online and supporting our dedicated staff. It's a bittersweet moment, but one that allows us to reflect on the incredible journey we've shared.

It's truly unfortunate to hear that RocketTheme is shutting down.
I've been a loyal user of RocketTheme templates for over a decade, having built more than 50 websites using their products. The RocketLauncher feature was a remarkable time-saver, allowing me to deploy high-quality sites quickly and efficiently. The templates were exceptionally well-built — never once did they feel substandard or unreliable.
Throughout the years, the quality of both the templates and the support service has been outstanding. I’ve never encountered any significant issues, and the templates have consistently performed flawlessly across both desktop and mobile platforms since the days of Joomla 3.
It’s a real loss not being able to access future updates or turn to the forums for guidance and support. I’ve grown so accustomed to the RocketTheme ecosystem that I’m honestly unsure where to go next.
Wishing the entire RocketTheme team all the best in your future endeavours. Thank you for a decade of excellence.

Thank you all at RocketTheme for the great times I had and for the opportunities.
I fell in love with the company and the people, and even worked for a couple of years as a moderator.
Tho I know it's sad. But it is what it is. Goal posts are changing. Times are changing.
When one door is closing, another one will open.
I made friends. With the passing of Mark Taylor I lost a good one.
Thanks to Andy and the guys for making this a special time in my life.

After 20 years, RocketTheme is shutting down.
As a long-time user, I can only say: thank you.
Thank you for the passion, the code, the creativity — and for being a reference point in the Joomla and WordPress ecosystem for so long.
I'm truly sorry to see this day come.
It’s a real pity that no collaboration or merger with other software houses could make survival possible.
You’re closing today… and there’s a real chance we might be next.

Must have been over sixteen years when I joined RocketTheme, I learnt a lot here and still have a lot of memories. Espcially being the one who was finding last-minute bugs doing testing and p**sing people off on all-nighter's when themes were being released.
Good luck in your future projects/endeavours in what you will do in the future. -

I'm really, really sad to learn that rockettheme will be closing on June 30th.
I have been using your themes since 2009 for 2 websites, the quality of construction and design of which was truly exceptional and professional.
When you stopped adding new themes, I looked for other solutions, but it wasn't as good as what you offered.
Your themes are well constructed, the architecture so simple to understand, intuitive, I really liked building my websites with Rockttheme.
I often came back to see if new themes were coming up, because I really hoped to be able to continue with you.
The entire community will miss you, that’s for sure.
A very big thank you to you for all these years.
PS: My question may be inappropriate, and I apologize in advance. (but who doesn't try anything, gets nothing, as we say in France).
Would it be possible to have a promo code on the subscription, so that we can download (and save) your themes during the last 30 days?

I've been using Rocketheme templates since 2008.
I've never used another templates.
My websites still works with J4 and the oldest one is with the last version for J3. I needed time to update them.
I would be interested to buy and save the J5 last version for these websites. How we can do it?

I completely agree with you. I also sent them an email about this.
Maybe you could do that too?
If we all make this request, on the forum and by email, perhaps they will do it?
This would be good for us Rockettheme loyalists.
How sad I am that they stopped...
