How long time does it take to do a new club template?

The RocketTheme templates are fanstastic and I'm amazed how Andy and his colleagues find the creativite and the ideas to do a such outstanding and high quality templates, month after month.
I've always been curious. How long time does it take for your guys to design a club template? How does the process look and how long time does it take from starting to think to the finished product?

- Total time start to finish is usually about 1.5 - 2 weeks per template.

I'm amazed at the high quality of design that I see. You've certainly set the benchmark high. I've noticed that other's in the template market are trying to emulate RocketTheme, Andy, but they don't seem to have the level of organization and design that RocketTheme templates have - especially for newbies who need more organization in order to customize the template.
