How to make a RocketLauncher

I was just wondering how one could go about creating their own RocketLauncher?
The reason why I'm asking is because I'd like to create some ready-to-go installations for the college I work for since there'll be a number of sites that would be similar.
I can't exactly use the RocketTheme RocketLaunchers because I would actually have some additional components/modules/plugins setup and configured which aren't included in a default RocketLauncher.
