radio station style site

I am looking for a solution for a radio type of site (j1.5) (customer loved the new MetaMorph template and thinks it would be perfect for a site like this) that has:
ability to easily load mp3s with relevant information like name song title and thumbnail of the artist
a pop-up player
a top 20 list module that will display the top played songs on the site
a module for the top artists played (5 would be ok, but looking for ten)
etc...
basically I need something that will allow me to create a site like typical mtv or vh1 websites but only for music. Heck! from the looks of it I would swear those sites "Are" Joomla, so there has to be something. But I am not finding anything.
Thank so much for any suggestions. I would love to hear from anyone has actually created this in Joomla so I know the suggestion will work.

- with a little tweaking of the template you like that is metamorph you can modify the index.php files along with the css to fit what your trying to achieve, you can do this step by step tril and error to see what the outcome is, your best bet is to get as much help from here and joomla.org forums to get that mtv/vh1 effect. it can work. just by modifying the template index.php file and or template_css.css file, i my self have the hyperion template setup am migrating to jooma.15 and have a demo site setup am currently in the works of working on an radio section of the website very soon, you can viw my demo site at hyperion15.xtrahype.com and my joomla1.0 production site at xtrahype.com
