Cannot download templates

- Hi,
  
  I tried to download latest templates and in Download page they are not listed to download. Latest template to download is from February. How to download latest templates?

- Have you tried clearing your cache or logging out and back in again?
  
  Is your membership current?

- I joined a couple of days ago and cannot download templates. I tried logging out and back in, clearing my cache, and contacting support (no answer yet after two days). I can only access the patches. What should I try next?
