Not only is the template great, also it is fantastic that you keep working with other great developers.
Although, in the past you worked with other developers, your work lately looks like there is a more active coordination going on. Because of that - all the products (template, 3rd party extensions) are becoming even better.

It looks sweet in black or white and the menu buttons are cool, but I bet if you changed up content and gave it a personal touch - those features you are talking about will look good - enhancing what you are doing.
