Well, that is kind of silly. The template is not late. It just hasn't arrived yet.
There is no set day for release promised - the only promise is - they release a template a month. If it takes them till Dec. 30th well then that is still within the month of Dec. release date and they kept their word. So, don't get yourself all worked up.
Oh, but if they did do release it on Dec. 30th this month - I am sure that it would be one heck of a template even if we all went stark raving mad waiting for it in the mean time!

You are forgetting that the world has different time zones, here in the UK it is the 1st of Dec.
The template will be here when its here.
