    • I'm still dreaming of the perfect photography portfolio site. Maybe this time it will happen.

Me too! If we both dream it, maybe it will happen... power in numbers eh?

I quit supporting IE, period, any version. I just work on standards only now. I haven't noticed any drop in traffic or visits. I put a disclaimer on my sites telling people it is "standards compliant" and there's nothing I can do about IE not being compliant. I have noticed an increase in the number of clicks on my Get Firefox banner. I have also noticed a dramatic increase in the amount of spare time I have now. If we could get all webmasters to stop accommodating the broken POS, maybe MS will wake up and fix it.
I could not agree more but still I have no choice in the matter and must spend hours of wasted time tweaking the most bizarre annoying bugs out of IE ... I absolutely hate IE every single version! mehh What a shitbox... You would think with all that money and brain power they could get something as essential as a web browser right.... oooh and dont even get me started on my Vista experience thus far.

That said ... I cant wait for the new template ... there are things in each one that I love to blend into my projects.

    • With the DOM issues of IE and all the quirks, Andy and the RT team have done a great job making it work and behave correctly.
I am glad they take the time to do this.

In the American corporate world Microsoft IE is the browser of choice and that is not changing anytime soon.

BTW - I think about templates...I ALWAYS dream about woman. :)
